Patrick is a recognized expert in DoD cybersecurity, Risk Management Framework (RMF), and authorization processes. He has successfully led multiple ATO efforts for mission-critical systems and has deep experience with STIG compliance, continuous monitoring, and security control implementation. Under Patrick's leadership, MacTech Solutions maintains CMMC 2.0 Level 2 compliance and aligns with NIST CSF 2.0, NIST RMF, FedRAMP Moderate, and SOC 2 Type I readiness.
